With Arbër’s presidency, the founding generation handed leadership of the club to a new generation that grew up in the spirit, culture and service of Rotary.
Arbër studied at the American University in Kosovo and continued his professional development in computer science. He gained experience in the United States at American Councils for International Education in Washington DC, and at companies in New Jersey and New York. He contributed to the development of Health Center of Excellence USA, is co-founder and Director of Development at Klinika Digjitale, and Executive Director of the Kosovo Digital Association (KDIA). He considers his work on Digital Clinic for Ukraine one of his most important projects.
During his year the club inaugurated the “Memory and Friendship” 9/11 Memorial.
