Ilir grew up in a family with a long tradition of service in Rotary; his parents Neshad and Neba are among Kosovo’s first Rotarians and founders of the club. He served Rotaract Club Peja as secretary and then president, and has been honoured as a Paul Harris Fellow.
He studied Computer Science at UBT, finishing his last semester at Linnaeus University in Sweden on an Erasmus+ scholarship, and is a Senior Software Engineer at Celonis. In his year the club continues the Fruitopia peace and human rights education project, under RI President Olayinka H. Babalola’s theme “Create Lasting Impact”.
“Through Rotary we have the opportunity to serve, build lasting friendships and create a positive impact in our communities. I invite business leaders, professionals and citizens who share these values to join Rotary Club Peja.”
