The Rotary Foundation’s Cadre of Technical Advisers welcomed Dr. Neshad R. Albani of Rotary Club Peja among its members.
The Cadre is a network of Rotarian volunteers who use their professional skills and technical expertise in Rotary’s areas of focus. They advise Rotarians applying for Rotary Foundation grants anywhere in the world, evaluate how projects are implemented, and carry out programme audits to make sure grant funds are used in line with the Foundation’s terms and conditions.
Dr. Albani had already completed the evaluation of an important project in Bulgaria. The Foundation wrote: “Your report has been very informative and helps The Rotary Foundation understand what is happening on the ground.” In 2023 he was also asked to evaluate and monitor a global grant implemented by the Rotary Club of East Jerusalem.
